| During
the 93' season Yoshimura teamed up with Airtech to do some serious
development work on the fairing assembly of their Superbike Suzuki
GSXR 750.
A competition
upper fairing with a shield that runs back below the bottom triple
clamp to seal off the space around the radiator to prevent high
pressure bleed off. Yosh used a one piece lower that was comprised
of the left and right side panels and the radiator shroud. It's
available.
Either
Supersport or Superbike race seats were used in conjunction with
anti-draft shields in most cases. Now for sale. The team ran the
KYB front end with our front fender and finally settled on a premium
design for the rear fender. We've got'em available.
Airtech
also designed an air box assembly and a sprint fuel tank for y'all
to put on your bike. So if you're looking to restore a 1993 water-cooled
superbike or are in the process of building a custom street bike,
we can make your life much easier. |

Suzuki GSXR 750 '93 Yoshimura WSBK upper fairing
This early Yosh upper is short like the stock one with a big one
piece lower. This upper does not have any molded in air ducts.
Yoshimura used this upper in combination with the YWCSBAB airbox
and cut openings to match the ducts that come with that airbox.
This upper fairing uses a standard '93 GSXR750 windscreen.
Please note: Fork opening needs to be trimmed
out.
This piece only works
with our YWCSB2 lower.

Suzuki GSXR 750 '94-'95 Yoshimura / Valvoline Suzuki upper fairing
This early Yosh upper is short like the stock one with a big one
piece lower. It comes with 2 air ducts that you can rivet or epoxy
into the inside of the fairing. You will need matching 2.5"
ID smoothbore duct hose. This
upper was used by Valvoline Racing in combination with the 5GSXRAB
airbox.
This upper fairing uses a standard 94-'95 GSXR750 windscreen.
This piece only works
with our YWCSB2 lower.

This is the lower part of the 2-piece Yoshimura race fairing. It
is a big one-piece lower that consists of the two side fairings
and a belly pan all in one. There's no dam for oil containment.
This lower fairing works
with either the stock 93, 94-95 GSXR750 upper fairing or the Yoshimura
YWCSB1 or YWCSB1V upper fairing.

This is the lower part of the 2-piece Yoshimura race fairing.
This lower does not have oil containment. It
has the dimples for the lower mounts and there is a bulge for
the stock radiator hose on the left side so this lower is very
easy to fit.

3YWCSB2 fairing assembly below.

This airbox comes with intake ducts that will work with the stock
street upper or our competition upper GSXR61C. You'll be cutting
out some big square holes on the left and right side of the fairing
to fit these big air intakes. You can install the intake ducts
with 5-minute epoxy, silicone or rivets. Don't forget to order
some smoothbore duct hose as well!
Works with Mikunis, tight on Keihins. On a street bike, you will
have to cut the bottom out of this airbox to work with the starter
and the alternator (in a street application, the box won't pressurize,
you will just be routing cool air to the carbs).

Back
in 1994 Yoshimura was getting help from the Suzuki factory. In
fact, one of the things they got was a new factory kit fairing
assembly. These extremely hot items were very slick indeed. Guess
who makes them now? Yup, we do!
These assemblies split
the upper and lower fairing at the base gasket of the cylinders
instead of near the steering head like the stock fairings. It
has air ducts molded to the inside of the fairing in the number
plate area, which bring in yummy air for the motor to eat.
The radiator shrouding
has been modified to extend all the way to the radiator itself
to combat high pressure bleed off. A one piece belly pan is simple
to remove and install. The seat assembly is a Yosh F1 unit modified
in the gas tank area to fit on the chassis just right. The front
fender is designed to fit onto a KYB fork. A rear fender is also
available, (even though Yosh changed the swing arm design six
times that year.) A sprint fuel tank and the pressurized air box
is also offered. The air box and fairing assembly intakes are
the familiar square duct version. If you are planning to restore
a 1994 Yosh superbike, or just want to build a plain old badass
machine, Airtech will be more than happy to start you off right. |

and Yosh used a custom radiator hose so there is no bulge in the
left side of the fairing lower for the stock radiator hose, which
makes this a tight squeeze on a stock bike. We recommend either
