This is a great classic looking fender for a modern,
inverted front end conversion on a Sportster.
Originally designed for a GSXR fork with a 17"
wheel and a 120 tire, but will fit many others, you will need
to make some mounting brackets either way. We left this fender
long front/back, you can easily trim it shorter if you prefer
a sportier look.

Harley Wide Glide headlight nacelle with turn signal mounts
Sleek headlight nacelle covers fork legs and headlight.
We modified a standard nacelle to fit on a set of inverted GSXR
forks with custom clamps. The forks we used here measure 8-3/8"
c/c and 10-3/8" outside to outside fork top. The nacelle
does not come with the fork holes cut so if your fork measurements
fall inside ours you can make this nacelle work. Standard version

Harley Sportster XR750 dirttrack tank
This is the XR750 replica tank for your Sportster.
The XR750 frames had a very skinny (1") backbone so the
original XR750 tank would not fit onto the stock Sportster frame
(1.65").
For this conversion tank, the original XR750 top
shell is used so from the outside it is identical to the original.
But we have redesigned the tunnel to fit this tank to a standard
Sportster frame.
You will need to weld two tabs to the frame for
the stud mounts. The rear of the tank has an insert so you can
attach a bracket or hold down strap.

Harley Sportster XR750 dirttrack seat with
taillight bracket.
We designed this XR750 conversion seat that conforms
perfectly to the tapered Sportster frame. Cut a slot in the
recessed mounting point in the front and slide it underneath
the stock seat mount on the frame. Two bolts through the rear
fender mount struts complete the mounting process. Simple!
This seat comes with a taillight/licenseplate bracket that you
can position to your liking and bond in place with Bondo or
epoxy.

Will fit '95-03 Sportster but welded on fender support struts

Want to turn your Sportster into a XR750TT replica?
Over the years, many people have used our parts to build their
version of the infamous road racer. We have some crafty customers
as you can tell from the pictures. The fairings and seat can
be made to work but the XR750TT fuel tanks just wouldn't fit...
until now!
We modified and XR750 tank with a new tunnel that
is wider to fit the Sportster frame. We also designed a XR750
conversion seat that will drop right onto the Sportster frame
and have a storage compartment and taillight bracket.

HarleyXR750 fairing long circuit - disc brake
The three piece design pictured was obtained from Rob
Ianucci of Team Obsolete; the molds were taken off of original,
unmounted Harley Davidson parts.
Two different versions are available. The lowers are similar,
but the upper differs depending on whether the bike is a drum
or disc brake unit.
The disc brake version of this fairing has a much smaller and
shorter dash area to make room for the massive brake master cylinder
mounted on the handlebars, shown in the pictures on the left.
Please note:
This fairing has been used on Sportster based replicas but keep
in mind the TT was a very compact race bike with a low steering
head height, so on a Sportster you'll either have to hike the
fairing up high, drop the clip on handlebars down low, or a combination
of both!

Harley Sportster XR750 TT Road race tank
This is our XR750 replica road race tank for your Sportster.
The XR750 frames had a very skinny (1") backbone so the

(1.65"). We have completely redesigned the tunnel to fit
this tank to the standard Sportster frame.
The original 5GL XR750 top shell was modified
to match the Sportster tunnel. This tank has a neat dimple top/front
and can be bolted to the backbone (you need to drill and tap)
right behind the headstock. The rear of the tank has a deep
pinch seam that can be drilled for a mounting point or two.
A 3/8" fuel bung is normally placed on the front left side
of the tank, we can supply a matching Pingel valve.

Harley Sportster XR750 TT Road race tank
This is a replica of the large (6.5GL) XR750 road race
tank for your Sportster. The XR750 frames had a very skinny
(1") backbone so the original XR750 tank wouldn't fit onto
the stock Sportster frame (1.65"). So we have completely
redesigned the tunnel to fit this tank to the standard Sportster
frame. The heavily sculpted top is the same as the original
6.5GL XR750 tank. A 3/8" fuel bung is normally placed on
the front left side of the tank, we can supply a matching Pingel
valve.
The tank comes with two mounting studs on the
bottom and an insert in the back. You will need to weld some
mounting points onto the frame. Of course, you can also fabricate
a tank strap, the original tank was mounted this way. Please
discuss your preferences with your sales rep at the time of
the order.
