Bultaco TSS Roadrace

Can you say 'Bultaco'? Clear as a bell, right. Ding! That's the sound of the Bultaco Bell we ring every time we sell some more Bultaco bodywork here at AirTECH. Ding! Kind of pretty, huh? It's our way of celebrating the liberation of bodywork for a rare and unusual machine. Lord knows, with our stupendous collection of bodywork we can offer you choices where you thought none were available. Who could guess that we actually have two fairing assemblies to choose from? The one pictured in front of our attitude model on the left was made for the single down tube chassis, which requires a notched fairing to accommodate the exhaust pipe. On the right hand side is the dual down tube frame fairing; since the exhaust pipe can come straight out and down with this chassis, there is no notch needed for exhaust clearance. In the same picture are three different seats for the Bultacos. On the left is the seat for either the single or dual down tube chassis; it has the front part filled in where it meets the fuel tank. The middle seat is designed for a single down tube frame and the front part of the seat is open. The last seat on the right is for the water-cooled TSS chassis. Also pictured is the competition Kit America quarter fairing and the rear fender that keeps tire crud from being thrown into the carburetor. Always good to prevent something like that, no? Plenty of other parts are available for a Bultaco, like front fenders and fuel tanks for example.

In the next photo, four of our fuel tanks are pictured. The tank being lovingly caressed by our beautiful assistant is a Kit America fuel tank that fits on the Metralla chassis; it can be used together with either the single or dual down tube seats. The next tank down is for the TSS road race chassis. This is a very round tank with a narrow tunnel underneath and is pictured next to a TSS seat assembly. Third down is a Metralla unit, which also works on a lot of other narrow chassis vintage bikes. On the bottom is a water-cooled chassis fuel tank; this tank has a fairly flat pan underneath and a really small back bone tunnel. It fits only the TSS water-cooled chassis.

The last photo shows two different Kit America quarter fairings. The left one is the competition version with the headlight hole filled in. The other is designed for street use and features a seven inch headlight opening. Ding! Did you hear that? Another set of Bultaco bodywork sold. We'd love to ring it again after you call us and make your order. For whom does the Bultaco bell toll? Perhaps for you in the very near future.
