The Kawasaki ZX7R style one piece race seat can be mounted using
original hardware. We even have superbike style bodywork for
this bike. This bodywork stretches the radiator shroud back
all the way to the radiator to prevent high pressure bleed off
of air at the radiator and increase cooling efficiency. Aerodynamics
are also slicker with the one piece lower (made up of the left
and right lowers). All the openings on the bottom have been
filled in and the radiator shroud modified. Like we said we'

Kawasaki ZX7R Super bike upper fairing
Although this piece is similar to our Competition upper
ZX7R1C, it is slightly different at the inside area below the
headlight. As you can see from the pictures the area is all sealed
off around the fork legs and has a much more generous radius at
the front leading edge.
This part works in conjunction
with our ZX7RSB2 super bike lower.

Kawasaki ZX7R Super bike lower fairing
What we have here is a highly developed body panel from 1992.
As you can see it has the right and left lower fairings, the inside
radiator guards and the lower radiator guards all molded as a
one-piece unit. The front leading edge of this fairing has a generous
radius to help ovoid a high pressure bleed off around the sides.
Although the lower of this belly pan is all filled in, some racing
organization may require you to put a dam in the rear to meet
their oil containment requirements. This is a perfect fairing
to restore and old super bike or for a custom street bike.

This is perfect for the track day guy, who wants to save his
stock upper and expensive headlights from possible crash damage.
This uses the stock windscreen and attaches at the stock mounting
positions. Custom street bike guys love this because they can
cut any headlight shape in the front that they wish, or they
can install driving lights.

Kawasaki ZX7R Airbox
We designed this airbox in the early 90' s for road racer
Lee Shirts. This is one of our first experiments with pressurized
air boxes. It helped give Lee so much horsepower the bike spit
him off at Pomona and gave him his first concussion. This panel
takes and experienced fabricator to install. Some cutting and
trimming and relocating the ignition coil is required. But, well
worth the effort one your get it mounted. Expect to see horsepower
increases in a range of 5-7%.
